The guy who served us was so lovely and even funnier, the loud one. He was also really helpful with another customer’s question about bottled coke. He made our trip worthwhile. Amazing food, and I highly recommend it xx

We had such a lovely atmosphere and incredible service. Peter kept making us laugh all night, though I didn’t catch the bar staff member’s name. The meal was amazing, and I demolished the tomahawk on my own and still had room for pudding. Apparently I was the first woman to try it solo. We went on Wednesday 7th to celebrate my 21st birthday, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Pete was a highlight for the kids, who called him the GOAT waiter, meaning Greatest Of All Time. He was entertaining and worked hard while the restaurant was busy. We were a group of eight visiting the area for a short break and came for dinner. The pub was lovely, and the staff were very friendly. The food was excellent, especially the specials. We liked the steak and Swan burger, and the tomahawk was tasty and great value. Worth a visit if you’re nearby.

Dogs are welcome, which was lovely to see, and there’s a flower wall on the way to the toilets if you want a nice photo. The bar staff were friendly, the portions generous, and the food was amazing. We arrived unexpectedly while in the area for an event and were greeted by a jolly man who seated us, though he warned it was busy. As a table of four, we were served pretty quickly. I’m glad the first two places we tried were full, because this one was so nice. Highly recommend, and thank you ❤️

Pete and Alice made us feel so welcome. Pete always has us laughing and smiling, and we had a great evening sharing an amazing tomahawk steak. Looking forward to going again 😁
