What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly and happy to help, whether I needed something, wanted local tips, or just got a smile and greeting. Suha deserves a special thank-you for being so kind and attentive. The Ramada Encore by Wyndham Leicester City Centre was clean and comfortable, and its location was ideal. I had a wonderful stay and left with a great impression. I'll absolutely choose this hotel again when I next visit Leicester. Highly recommended.

The man who checked us in was really helpful, while the woman at checkout wasn't as helpful. Our room had just one toilet roll, which ran out quickly because it was cheap. I was unwell all night, so that was a struggle. The bed felt like a small trampoline, probably fine for one person but not two. There were holes in the curtains, stains on the floor, and silverfish running around the bathroom at night. We were in room 312. I'd probably not stay again.

Breakfast was amazing and highly recommended. The room itself was lovely, and its bed was nice and soft. The sofa bed, though, was so uncomfortable that reception tried adding duvets to the base to improve it. That helped, but I wouldn't use the sofa bed unless the mattress is upgraded.

The food was fresh, full of flavour and had lots of variety, and the service was excellent. Every staff member I met was friendly, professional and ready to help. The central location made getting around easy, with City Centre, Curve Theatre, Athena and King Power Stadium all a short walk away. I loved my stay and would happily come back, for work or a leisure trip.

The staff were lovely and friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was great. The secure car park opposite was easy to use. The windows could do with an upgrade since they let in a lot of cold air and some street noise, though the street was quiet and it didn't really affect our stay. We had an excellent visit and I'd highly recommend it.
