Nettle Cottage Holidays

The female owner was a nightmare to deal with. She acted strangely during our first stay, then blanked us whenever she saw us on the second. She’s easily the worst 'host' I’ve encountered. After our first visit, she’d invited us to give honest, off-the-record feedback, but took umbrage at the honest part of what we said. That seems to be why she behaved so rudely. On the first arrival, the male owner fussed over our car and told us how to park while we were trying to do it. The place feels too small in every way. There’s one bedroom upstairs and one loo at the diagonally opposite end of the house. There’s zero privacy, with the owners and other guests walking past the windows, and the outside area is shared.
