We had a great stay and would happily book again. Our family room was clean and nicely decorated, and the kids really liked it. It was peaceful at night and only a short walk into town. Parking is limited, but we got a space; there are plenty of roads nearby if you can’t. Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, especially the good coffee, and the staff were so nice. We’ve already recommended it to friends and family.

We brought our little dog and had enough room for his large crate, which was a relief. The guest house is only about a five-minute walk from the cathedral and castle area. We stayed two nights with breakfast, and the food was lovely, fresh, and offered a really good choice, with as much as you wanted. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting lincoln.

The bed was really comfortable, and the room size suited us perfectly. The staff were relaxed and even gave us a room key six hours before check-in. I’d go back just for breakfast!

It’s a pleasure staying here. The rooms are immaculate, and Mike and his lovely staff gave us a great welcome. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Historic Bailgate is less than 100 yards away, and it’s ideal for the Christmas Market. Prices are very competitive. Come and enjoy it.

The one thing that bothered me was how low our windows were. People outside could see into the room more easily than my wife and I were comfortable with. Aside from that, it was quiet, the breakfast was perfect, and the staff were quick and friendly. The dining room also let us bring in takeaway when we needed to. Pretty much what you want from a B&B.
