We chose the ground floor room because of my disability. It was spacious, with a double bed and crisp white bedding. I asked for extra pillows and got them straight away, and there were fresh white towels with instructions for getting more daily. The room was cleaned every day, with tea and coffee topped up too. We were out sightseeing and partying, so Snooze was just what we needed for somewhere to sleep. The price was amazing for what they provide, it was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room wasn’t quite ready because we arrived earlier than planned, but we had a cuppa and it only took five minutes. They give you a booklet with bus and taxi details and local sites to visit. Parking around the back is free. For getting into town, I’d use Uber rather than a taxi as it’s cheaper and safer. They send the car details and you can track it. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to Liverpool.

The room was quiet and warm, facing the back alley, and it was clean. Friendly hosts and good value for money. There’s a bus stop right nearby, and the breakfast room has the basics: bread, tea, cereal and milk.

I come here every week for work and have no complaints. It’s good value, close to the station and there are plenty of shops nearby. The room is large and clean, and having access to the kitchen 24 hours a day is great. The lads are always helpful whenever I call.

For an inexpensive stay near Liverpool centre, this is good value and I’d recommend it for a budget getaway. The rooms are clean but very basic, which makes sense for the price. Breakfast isn’t cooked: there’s juice, milk, tea, coffee, cereal, bread and jam. I briefly met the owner, who was very polite. The city centre is about 10-15 minutes by bus or taxi, so that’s not a big issue.

The kitchen has a two-ring hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and dishwasher. The room itself feels like a small studio apartment, with a comfortable bed, TV, iron and ironing board. Fresh pastries, muffins and fruit are available from reception for breakfast. You can take them away or bring them to your room, since there’s nowhere downstairs to sit and eat. You can also top up your room’s tea and coffee supplies there.
