The owners couldn’t do enough for us, and the service more than made up for breakfast being a little early for me. We had a lovely one-night stay with my fiancee. The en-suite room was roomy and comfortable, and everything was very clean. The location was excellent and breakfast was excellent too. Suzanne and Steve.

Parking was easy to find, and the place is perfectly situated for Llandudno's wonderful sites and great restaurants. Michelle welcomed us when we arrived, and the room was first class, with everything we might need for a few days or even a week. Michelle and Kenny were warm, friendly hosts. Lucy and I want too. Thanks for making our few days off work that bit more special.

I spent weeks here while restoring the absolutely beautiful palladium to its former self in 2008/2009. Michelle and her husband were brilliant to me and my work colleague, and the hospitality was second to none. The breakfast was 10/10 every morning without fail, served by the most pleasant waitress. Michelle deserves a big thank you. The owner went out of her way to help me on two occasions, and I really appreciated it. The place is clean and affordable, with a lovely, very comfortable bed and a really good shower. I'd happily recommend it to anyone, 10/10.

We enjoyed breakfast on both mornings, it was tasty and well cooked. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the owner and staff were friendly. It's right in the centre of town, which is a great location.
