For four nights I paid £300 after the discount, or £75 a night. We arrived around 11pm, and the owner couldn’t meet us to hand over the room key, so it had been left in a locker. The room was disappointing, small, not in very good condition, and had no toilet, unlike what we expected from the photos, which showed rooms in better shape. We couldn’t find any hotel staff during the four days to report our dissatisfaction. Each morning, other residents collected rubbish outside the rooms, and when leaving our room we first saw the neighbours’ smelly things. The shared toilet was a long way away and not in good condition. Our towels weren’t changed once during the stay. When we left, nobody was there to take the keys, so we had to leave them on a table in the hall. I think the booking website should explain the condition of the other rooms, so people aren’t misled. Sharing a toilet and having none in the room feels more like a hostel than a 3 star hotel.

The breakfast was so filling and amazing, it set us up for the whole day. As soon as we walked in, there was a lovely smell. Our stay at the moorfeild was just perfect, and we didn’t want to leave. Andrew and Sharon were wonderful hosts, nothing was any trouble. The room was spotless, with fresh, clean toilets every day and toiletries. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and biscuits were well stocked each day when we got back. There’s only good things I can say about this hotel. We’ll definitely book again.

The owner was really friendly and great for a chat, and the service couldn’t be faulted. The rooms aren’t anything special, but they’re comfortable and nice. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. We brought bikes and the owner kindly let us keep them in the back yard. All in all, a great B&B choice!

A small B&B in Llandudno, and a comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay. It’s an excellent base for North Wales. Sharon and Andrew run the family business and are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and have tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is very good, with cereal, a full English, or whatever you fancy. They’re very obliging.

We were made to feel so welcome by our hosts Sharon and Andrew, who couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was pristine, spotless, with not a thing out of place. In the morning there was a fantastic full English breakfast, plenty of toast and marmalade, and fresh coffee. The only downside is having to leave and head home to Walsall.
