The worst experience we've had. My friends and I were told our luggage would be stored safely behind a locked door, with only us having the access code. While we were out on our departure day, the owner left that door open for garbage collection. A stranger got in and stole my bag, which had my laptop, passport, and camera. When we reported it, the owner was rude, dismissive, and aggressive. He showed no empathy and made no effort to help us recover anything, leaving us to deal with the stress ourselves. The situation also made us miss our flights home. He verbally promised to cover the flights, but never followed through. This caused us a lot of unnecessary stress. I wouldn't stay here, given the risk and lack of professionalism.
We were three people, and the place could also fit four. It's in a great spot, close to everything, with coffee shops and places to eat around the corner. Oxford Street is a six minute walk, Carnaby street is ten minutes away, and Sainsbury and Tesco are six minutes on foot.

The owner is kind and helpful, and the apartment is secure, very clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. It's in a great location close to everything. I'm really happy I booked it and will be a regular client. It's absolutely fantastic and deserves the highest rating.
It feels like a little home, and it's a great apartment, clean and furnished.
