10/10
The rooms were very clean and the bedding and mattress were super comfortable. Bob W London Kensington is in a lovely area with plenty of restaurants and shops, and it’s close to the train station. Staff were helpful, although it was a shame the coffee machine in the lobby wasn’t working. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it and come back.

The rooms were tiny, with hardly any space, and much too hot in summer. The shower only had boiling hot water. Since nobody was ever at reception to ask how to fix it, we had to put up with hot showers. Not pleasant at all.

We had a great stay. Everything is automated, which made the process smooth and efficient, and even with very little staff on site, customer service through mobile was excellent. They answered our questions and suggestions quickly. We’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

The location is a huge plus, and the hotel is great for the price. We ran into a few minor issues, but customer service helped get them sorted quickly.

Good value for the location and a good room. The system is fully automated, with no staff involved unless you need help through the chat.
