Cheval Phoenix House at Sloane Square

Grace was especially thoughtful when we returned to pick up our bags. She offered us water, let us use the washroom, and checked whether we had a cab. The staff were lovely throughout, and housekeeping did a great job. The apartment has everything you need in the kitchen to make a full meal. We came back for a second stay after enjoying the first one so much, even though we don't usually repeat hotels. Both visits were in a Luxury One Bedroom with a sofa bed. The second one was a little smaller despite being the same category, so groups of three might want to ask for one of the larger units. The photos are from our first stay in September 2025.

The quiet, central location is hard to beat, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully maintained. I've stayed here several times, for more than a week each visit, and it's my favorite place to stay in London. The front desk team is always friendly, quick to respond, and proactive. Grace has been especially lovely and consistently goes out of her way to make me feel at home. I'll be back, and I already recommend it to friends and family.

The staff and concierge were so friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and very well equipped with quality materials. It's in an ideal spot in Chelsea. A lovely stay, and worth the money. I'd definitely recommend it.
