City Gate Guest House

At City Gate Guest House, the clean rooms, helpful staff, and convenient London location made things easy and comfortable. Good value for money, and I'd gladly come back. The front desk staff member was especially friendly and a very good person.

Ali helped me sort out some booking problems and went out of his way to do it. I was also given early check-in at no extra charge, which was great service. The rooms and shared facilities were really clean, and I had a great stay.

Really loved the place. The rooms were clean, the location was nice, and there were balconies. The staff were amazing too. Meral deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. She's very sweet and clearly works hard. Thank you, Meral!

My first stay here was a very pleasant one. I paid £30 for the night, which felt like excellent value, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bathroom looked fresh and tidy too. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially at reception. Late checkout was offered at around £15 per hour, but Fatih at reception kindly let me have it for free. I really appreciated that. The room and service were better than I expected for the price. I'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for good value and great customer service.
