I spent nine nights here in mid-December, and the location was a real plus. Victoria Station is just two or three minutes away, with shops and places to eat there, and Buckingham Palace, Apollo Victoria Theatre and Westminster Abbey are walkable. It’s also a very convenient transport hub. The property is run by Urban Stay, but the accommodation seemed poorly managed. In our duplex, meant for up to six people, there were only three dining chairs for four guests. The living room table had a broken leg and was so rough that my child was hurt by it seven times. A living room lamp stand was also unstable, with a broken support. Other things, including the hair dryer and air purifier, need replacing. The place was far too dirty, and looked very different from the Google photos. It’s well located, quiet around the building and nice from the outside. I’d consider recommending it to people I know travelling to London if these issues were addressed, but not as things stand.

I’d really recommend picking somewhere else for a holiday or trip. The house has structural problems, including leaks when it rains, and the fire alarm doesn’t work properly. Yesterday it sounded for over an hour. The firemen couldn’t open the electrical panel because no one on the emergency customer service team knew the code.

Clean, well located, and the self check-in was great. No need to go to an office for keys. The facilities work well for a small family.

Getting into the apartment was a mess from the start: the first access code didn’t work, and nobody answered the 24-hour number when we called. The next day, they gave us another code, so we left our suitcases inside and went out to see London. When we came back that night, the codes had been changed again and we couldn’t get in, even though all our bags were in the apartment. Once more, no one picked up the emergency phone, and we had to be at the airport by 4:00 AM. We also saw that ten people were sleeping in the neighbouring apartment, the one my sister-in-law had. It was a disastrous trip. We had a terrible time, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
