I was a bit worried after booking a studio through booking.com and then reading the Google reviews, but the room was clean, in good condition, and everything worked properly. Staff were really nice and helpful. Room service came as scheduled, with toiletries and rubbish cleared every two days. Having a washing machine was great, and all the equipment worked. The bed was comfy too. It’s easy to get around from here, with the tube and buses close by. Highly recommended!

I got a great price for one night while visiting Royal Albert Hall, and the apartment had everything I needed without spending a small fortune in London. It was amazing value, especially since I wasn’t expecting much from the area. The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. I honestly can’t fault it, and I’ll definitely be back. Many thanks.

I stayed for a month on the 7th floor and was pleasantly surprised, given the building’s bad reputation. The studio was great, completely new, and had everything I needed. The building was well maintained, and the cleaning staff were good. Fantastic location and excellent price-to-quality ratio. Special thanks to John at reception for going above and beyond. I can’t fault them!

The staff’s kindness and availability stood out throughout my wonderful stay at Chelsea Cloisters. The reception team were always welcoming, friendly, and keen to help, and their attitude really made a difference. Mrs. Nadia in reservations deserves a special thank you for being attentive, helpful, and professional. She made booking smooth and stress-free, and was always ready to help with any request. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Hugues et Christine

The staff were lovely and helpful, and despite a few worn areas and a slow lift, this was great value for a prime part of London. We stayed in a bright, well-equipped three-room apartment with comfortable beds, two pillows per person, and plenty of wardrobe space. One bedroom had no window, but that wasn’t a major issue for us. The skirting boards were damaged and the place looked a bit tired, though everything essential worked. The location is brilliantly connected. It’s an easy walk to Sloane Square and King's Road in Chelsea, or towards Harrods. One of the two main lifts at the front was out of order, with a third further back, so there was a lot of waiting to go up or down. If you want an affordable, well-located stay and can live with a few rough edges, I highly recommend it.
