The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very helpful. We had a pleasant three-night trip and would definitely stay here again. The area is beautiful and quiet, right beside Bayswater and Queensway tube stops. The street with the stations is less than a five-minute walk away and has restaurants serving just about every cuisine you can think of. We ate there quite a lot!

I liked being able to open the window to adjust the room temperature. There wasn’t an iron in the room, so I asked and someone brought me one, which was great since at hotels I usually have to collect it myself. The room was small, so finding a place to set up the ironing board was tricky, but I’d expected that from the room description. I enjoyed my stay and would come back. The reception staff at the other hotel were very friendly, and after checkout I spent a while working in that hotel lobby before lunch.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel was comfortable and well maintained. I stayed at the Kensington Gardens Hotel for two nights in January 2026 and had a pleasant experience. It’s in a quiet area, conveniently close to parks and public transport, and I’d happily return and recommend it. Roser Vilardaga Barcelona

We liked the spacious, clean room and found the location very convenient. There was an issue with the room, but it was dealt with fairly and kindly.

The neighborhood is lively and the location is great. The rooms were clean but very small. We stayed in summer, and the room got uncomfortably hot. We couldn’t open the window all the way. I understand that safety regulations are the reason, but it’s something to keep in mind during warm weather.
