We were at the O2 when they called at 2 15pm to ask when we’d check in. We gave them the time, and just as we reached the building, a Booking.com message came through saying our reservation had been cancelled. The excuse was ridiculous. I called the numbers listed on Booking.com and got another ridiculous explanation. We had to find somewhere else, though luckily we managed to. What a joke. Avoid this place.

We paid in full when we booked in November 2024 for June 2025. Then, just two hours before check-in, they cancelled and said the building was closed. Yet it was still available to book for £100 more than we’d paid. Absolutely disgusting. Even Booking.com couldn’t believe they’d done it.
