London Suites

Room service was poor and didn’t seem very hygienic. The room was the noisiest I’ve found in London, and I couldn’t get one decent night’s sleep. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have another option.

I’ve had a great time at London suits over the past four months. The staff are well trained, kind, and always smiling, and I find my room very clean every day. I loved London suits.

The room was reasonably clean, and the shower and toilet were okay, but I could hear the next room despite the soundproofing claim. There was road noise too, so light sleepers should take note. Stepney tube station is across the road, about two minutes away, and the city area is 1.4 miles away. The entrance has some quite steep stairs. You have to put a sign on the door if you want room service, which wasn’t advertised. The kettle balanced precariously on the microwave, a mark on the floor stayed all week, and the shower base corners looked like they hadn’t been cleaned.

Really nice, clean room, arranged well, and a decent price for London. Stepney Green Subway is right across the street, which does mean a bit of noise. I’d definitely recommend it for a couple or a professional on a short trip.
