We spent five nights at Miiro in April 2026. The location in Earl's Court is convenient for west-central London, and the garden is beautiful and peaceful. We also enjoyed the cocktail bar's fantastic mixologists, and found the gym functional and attractive. Our rooms were charming, although the design, especially in the bathrooms, could work better. Some wear is visible on the hallway walls. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were kind and hospitable. Most of our requests were handled efficiently. For the price, location, and amenities, it's a good choice among four-star hotels.

The photographs made the hotel look wonderful, and I made the same mistake as anyone might. I travel often and stay in many hotels each year, but this was one of my most disappointing experiences. We were there for over 10 days, long enough to see problems that a one-night guest might miss. Service was consistently poor. Food orders came wrong, basic requests were difficult to get sorted, and we had to call room service three times to get water. Clean towels were often unavailable. Straightforward problems were ignored or dealt with indifferently. Several staff members were dismissive and unhelpful. The most troubling interactions were with a male employee who said he was part of management. He often came across as confrontational and unprofessional instead of trying to help. After we'd spent well over a week there and paid thousands of pounds, I was stopped on my way to the lift and told I had to pay for the final night before I could use it. I've never experienced anything like that in all my travels. Paying wasn't the issue. It was the humiliating, disrespectful way guests were treated. I had booked a Suite expecting something more premium. During our stay I saw other room types and learned that some Classic rooms were actually larger and more practical. Staff confirmed this themselves.

Templeton Garden Hotel gave me a comfortable, easy stay, and my room was spotless, cosy, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. The peaceful atmosphere and lush garden surroundings made the hotel feel calm and beautifully designed. Its amenities and setting made for a stay that exceeded my expectations. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a well-maintained place.

Earl’s Court station is only a couple of minutes away, and its efficient trains made it quick to reach central London. The location was excellent. Staff were friendly, and the receptionist who stored our luggage after checkout was especially helpful. We had an evening train, so being able to explore London without our bags was great. The bathroom was very clean, and room service was good. Our stay was comfortable overall, though the standard room felt cramped for two, especially with large suitcases open. There wasn't much room to move around, so staying organised mattered. We'd come back, but probably book a larger room next time.

This calm, lovely hotel was a welcome break from the busy city, and we'd choose it again on future visits. Its garden is relaxing, with four resident bunnies, and the made-to-order breakfast was fantastic. The spring 2025 renovation left everything feeling fresh and thoughtfully put together, with a soothing color palette. The location is excellent for Earl’s Court and Kensington. Earl’s Court underground station is a five-minute walk, and Kensington High Street and nearby attractions are about 20 minutes away on foot. I recommend booking a Deluxe room. Many have balconies and are much larger than the Classic or Superior rooms. We were first assigned a Superior on the 4th floor, where the windows were high and basement-like, then moved to a stunning Deluxe on the 1st floor. It seems most or all rooms on floors 4 and 5 have those high windows, so I'd request a room on floors 1-3.
