6th June 2026 An update to my earlier review: a thoughtful gesture can change how you feel. We were moved to a different room, the service was top class, and the staff were lovely. Bianca at breakfast in the morning took great care of us and brought what we needed. Those little gestures made all the difference. I'd recommend the hotel. I've kept my earlier review below because I wanted to give honest feedback at the time. 3rd June 2026 Maybe I was unlucky. I booked 30 days ahead and still got the last room, room 214. This is not a One Bedroom SUITE, and I don't think room 214 should be given to any guest. I checked in with my wife and 16-year-old son for 7 nights, with 3 large suitcases, before we were due to go to Scotland for another 4 nights. There was nowhere to open our luggage. The bathroom sink was choked, and this is the only hotel I've come across in the world that doesn't provide at least a bottle of drinking water. After 6.30 pm there was no housekeeping staff, and we had to carry our own luggage, so at least there was no bell boy to tip. I don't know how many other rooms are like 214. After a 12-hour flight and all that hassle, I went to sleep, then found the room lock wasn't working. An honest review shouldn't go unnoticed.

One thing we especially appreciated was the hotel's approach to sustainability. Guests can skip daily housekeeping to help save water and energy, and there's a lobby refill station instead of single-use plastic water bottles in the rooms. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and had what we needed for a relaxing stay. The team provided excellent service, and the hotel is ideally located. We'd return and recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Breakfast was fresh, nicely presented, and offered plenty of choices for different tastes. The area was spotless as well. Ana Raluca was so friendly and attentive, checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Her warm welcome added a personal touch to our stay, and we'd definitely come back.

We could walk easily to attractions, restaurants, and mini marts, and the whole hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast had an amazing amount of hot food, pastries, bread, and cheese. Bianca and Raluca were so friendly and made breakfast lovely. We will definitely stay here again.

Getting around was easy thanks to the excellent location near the main attractions and public transport. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and breakfast was delicious with a nice selection. The staff were very friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. We felt welcome and would happily return. Highly recommended.
