Stylish 3 Bed Apartment Next to Hyde Park

Hyde Park Boutique Hotel was cozy and well located for exploring London. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. MK was especially kind and attentive, always smiling and ready to help. She made sure we felt at home, and her care really made the experience special.

I had to leave at around 12:00 am because the conditions in my room were affecting me, and I had to pay for alternative accommodation myself. I was getting throat irritation and nausea. The hotel later refused a refund and denied there was a problem. For my business trip on the night of 20-21 April, I was given basement room B06 at the London Hyde Park Boutique Hotel. Smoke was coming into the room, likely from a chimney near the window, and the air was hard to breathe. The room was very small and claustrophobic, and didn't match the website photos. Its defective window couldn't be opened properly, so there was no adequate ventilation. I reported this several times to reception. Staff kindly tried to help by forcing the window open, but that made things worse. They said the hotel was fully booked and didn't offer me another room. My colleague's room, B09, faced directly into another room and had no privacy at all. There are many hotels and Airbnb options nearby at similar prices, so I strongly advise against staying here.

I was on the fourth floor, and you need to be quite fit for the stairs. Even so, it was a superb stay, and I'll book again. The accommodation was wonderful, with an airy, comfortable room that had everything I needed and a lovely en-suite bathroom. I stayed for six days over Easter 2026. Every day, they promised that the manager would respond, but no answer ever came. My friend had head cáncer and couldn't come, so we couldn't use the second room. Vueling refunded the money when they saw the hospital record, but the hotel didn't, not even a small sign of compassion. Worse, after two months I'm still waiting for my 50 GBP guarantee to be refunded. I am very sorry to see this kind of lying behaviour. The world would be a better place if this hotel finally closed. I hope the manager and owner stay healthy and never get the same response. Look at the other ratings to understand.
