For a small, inexpensive hotel, this place does the job well. The location is great, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the beds are comfortable. You can't expect a big room or climate control at this price, and I can still highly recommend it. The bathroom water pressure and temperature seemed to do their own thing, so a long shower with reliably hot water isn't really an option. Still, there's a city to explore, so why spend ages in the shower or wandering around a tiny room?

We really enjoyed our time in London. The apartments are small, but clean, and the bed is very comfortable. Victoria is about a 20-minute walk away, which made this a great base for sightseeing, and the nearest supermarket is 8 minutes away. One of our apartment windows leaked, so the room got a little cold at night.

The management's solution to fire safety seems to be setting off a fire alarm test over 100 dB every week, which might give residents heart attacks and remove any risk of fire. Broken washing machines are never replaced either, apparently leaving stress to take care of the remaining residents and making maintenance unnecessary.

It's spacious, clean and private, but the place is overpriced and very loud. From 7 am you can hear people walking, moving furniture, and stomping around like elephants. The shower is small, there's a huge draft through the windows, and they service the place every three days.

For business travel, a quiet, clean, functional room is all I need. Mine was small, but it had those things, and I enjoyed the stay. I'll come again.
