The Prime London Hotel

The staff were lovely, helpful, and always ready to give good service. The rooms got a bit hot during the heatwave even with the air conditioning, but fans were provided. I had a great stay and would come back.

I travelled alone and really enjoyed staying here. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a fantastic master bedroom and a bathroom that was just right. The overall size made it feel luxurious. The location was ideal, with a bus stop to the city centre very close by, so getting around was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Everything felt perfect, and I’ll definitely come back!

The staff were friendly, understanding, and helpful when my flight was delayed and I arrived quite late, after they’d left for the day. The rooms are very nice, and it’s a pleasant walk to Kensington. I tried to stick to footpaths where possible. Coming from a place where cities are all concrete and asphalt, I find something charming about the paths here.

I was here for one night for the London Marathon, in the room opposite reception. It was very clean, apart from a few stains on the soap holder that didn’t bother me much. The room had instant coffee, tea bags, and a snack, and coffee and tea were also available in the lobby. The bed was a good size for one person, and there was USB charging and air conditioning, so I could adjust the temperature. I couldn’t open the curtains because people could see into the room. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the Tube station. I’d suggest offering a thicker pillow and putting a chair in the room. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel.
