The hotel's location is hard to beat. We could walk to Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Waterloo Bridge, and there were loads of restaurants nearby. Our room was modern, spotless, and surprisingly roomy for our family, with no visible wear. The twin beds were a little small, as expected from what we booked, but the mattresses were very comfortable. The front desk team were welcoming and attentive from check-in through departure. Lara and Shirley were wonderful, as was a young gentleman who had previously come from Vancouver, though I didn't catch his name. Restaurant staff were courteous and careful with details too. The buffet didn't have much variety, but what was there was excellent. We'd absolutely stay again in London.

Gabriel made check-in easy and took great care of us throughout our stay. He also shared some brilliant ideas for future travels, which was a thoughtful touch. The accommodation was very comfortable and lived up to the hype. Lara made checkout quick and simple. We had a fantastic visit and are already looking forward to coming back soon.

Gabriel checked us in early in the morning after our long overnight flight and was great to chat with. The service at The Great Scotland Yard was fantastic, and our room was spacious and clean. I loved the unique artwork and decoration around the hotel, and its history is really interesting too. The hidden bar in the lobby is worth a visit, the cocktails were fantastic. Can't wait to return!

The room was beautiful, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the rain shower was excellent. We also loved the hotel's interior, location, and outstanding service, and would happily return. Lara, Gabriel, and Dilbar were amazing at check-in, friendly and helpful from the start. Muhammad looked after us so well at breakfast, and was a highlight. Almost all the staff were good. Love from Australia.

After a long, tiring day, Corneliu made me laugh while checking me in. The whole team was warm and friendly, and Philip and his colleagues were great. In-room dining was lovely too, and the food was delicious. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and good bathroom amenities. I especially loved the rain shower, with its strong pressure and elegant tile and fittings. Great location and genuinely lovely staff. I had a wonderful stay at Great Scotland Yard.
