The site was very peaceful, but it's in the middle of nowhere and no good if you don't drive. We stayed in a platinum Lodge that was amazing, though it needs a little TLC: a few things were broken, there was no light above the master bedroom vanity mirror, and there were no small tables for hot drinks in the living room. It could have been cleaner too. There were established cobwebs on the master bedroom radiator, and when we moved the coffee table, we found a tablet underneath it. The parking space is across from the lodge's front door, which needs a rethink. The staff were really friendly, but the club onsite was a letdown. The club, reception and arcade area all need updating to feel more family-friendly. The site seemed as if it had already closed for the season, and lots of the lodges and caravans looked like people lived there all year.

We came as a club, and the staff made both the parents and boys feel welcome. They were so accommodating. Great location just outside Polperro, and highly recommended.

The tea and coffee in the van were a much appreciated touch. We just got home after four nights and were really impressed with both the park and the accommodation. The food from the restaurant and bar was spot on. Couldn't fault the place.

Our morning walks down to Polperro were a highlight, followed by the scenic coastal path to Talland Bay and the climb back up to the park. The hills are steep, but the views and the walk are well worth it. This was our first stay at Killigarth Manor, and it won't be our last. Check-in was easy and early, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome straight away. We stayed in a three-bedroom Platinum Lodge with a hot tub. It was stunning, spotless and had everything we needed, worth every penny. The park is peaceful and well maintained. We didn't use the clubhouse or pool, but really liked the atmosphere and will definitely return.

We had a brilliant holiday in a Silver Plus caravan that was immaculate and had everything we could think of. The staff were all friendly, especially Stripey Nathan, who made our evenings with the entertainment, bingo and gameshow. We came without children and loved the relaxing adult-only morning swims. It's a lovely, quiet park in a great location, and the shop had all the basics. We also had a tasty, good value evening meal at the bar. We paid £1k for the caravan for a week, and WiFi wasn't included. We had to pay extra when we arrived. It wasn't hugely expensive, and in the end it didn't really bother us, but we were a bit shocked it cost extra at that price.
