The apartment is nicely presented, with great views from both the rooms and balcony. Once you reach the footpath, getting into town is easy, with several routes to choose from. The approach, though, is much steeper than the description suggests, and I wouldn’t call it moderate. Parking is in the main car park, so unloading is awkward. There’s no corner shop, meaning basics require a trip up to Lynton, and a supermarket is farther away. For a longer stay, a washing machine would be useful.

Waking up to the sea and the view across Lynmouth Harbour from the balcony was a real highlight. The apartment was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed. It’s peaceful despite being just a short walk from the pubs and Cliff Railway, and it’s dog-friendly too. We’ll definitely come back.

We had a lovely three-bedroom apartment with everything well equipped, and dogs are welcome. The elevated spot is very quiet, and there’s a good decking area for eating outside. Lynmouth’s amenities are close by, making it a great base for exploring the beautiful North Devon coastline.
