Lower Turks Head

The location is great, right by the trams and with the Arndale shopping centre across the road. Lots of places to eat and pubs are within walking distance. Parking is the only downside, both the lack of it and the cost in the city, though that’s to be expected. I’ve paid more for a lot less, and if we come back to Manchester I’ll book here without looking elsewhere. We stayed one night before going to the Co-op live. It was a really busy pub because Man City were playing at home, but a man collecting glasses immediately took me to someone who could serve us. Check-in was smooth, and we were shown to our room. Top-class service from the staff. The room had just been refurbished and looked lovely and modern, with USB plug sockets. It was clean, comfortable and so quiet we couldn’t hear a thing all night. You get a fob to come and go through the entrance as you like. Great job Lower Turks Head :)
