Malmaison Manchester

My first afternoon tea at Malmaison was a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing, and the decor was beautiful. The hot and cold food was high quality, cooked perfectly, filling and delicious. I loved trying crambulea for the first time and enjoyed all the food. Thank you to the waiter who looked after us throughout our stay, the rest of the staff, and the chef for such flavourful food made with love. When you love what you do, it comes through in the food. I'll definitely return with my family to enjoy this lovely experience.

Gwen was always there to help with requests and refresh the room during each break, and the meeting went very well. We used the “Work + Play” meeting room for our company's annual strategy meeting. It was comfortable for 37 people and had plenty of space. The room was equipped with everything we needed: flipcharts, a large screen, office supplies and even a dedicated place for coats. The location suited our needs very well, and the food was delicious. I only have a couple of small suggestions: the sound was a little limited, and the food should be kept warm throughout.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were tidy and clean, with gorgeous, interesting decor. We had a great stay for our girls' weekend. The location was handy too, within walking distance of Piccadilly. We didn't have time to try the restaurant, unfortunately, but it was busy, so it's probably popular.

Ruby was great at the photoshoot, letting me choose what I wanted to do in the rooms and helping with poses. At the end, Mia walked me through the photos, helped me pick a lovely little album, and edited the ones I asked for so I was happy with how they turned out. Natasha did a fantastic job with my makeup and was happy to adjust it until I liked the look. Lindsay was welcoming and explained everything from the beginning. Before the appointment, I’d also received a video explaining the experience and plenty of reminders. I had a fantastic time and would happily go again.
