These flats are in residential blocks occupied by long-term tenants, so they’re completely unsuitable as short-term lets. The short-stay guests cause a lot of noise, buzz residents at 5am to get inside, then hold very loud parties and take drugs. The smell comes through the walls into residents’ apartments.
They cancelled on me just 12 hours before the booking. Conveniently, they had another property on Manchester’s outskirts and wanted the money sent by bank transfer. They sent the payment details on WhatsApp. Be warned. I reported it to Booking.com.
This is a residential apartment block, not a hotel. It’s not suitable for short-term rentals.
