The beds weren't comfortable, I could feel the springs in my back, and noise from people upstairs came through the ceiling. The oven kept cutting in and out, and the shower temperature was unreliable. We had to switch on the boiler and central heating ourselves. The electricity ran on a prepaid meter; we warned them it was getting low, but returned from work to find the power out. After they topped it up, we had to reset the meter, and food had to be thrown away because the fridge had been off most of the day.

We found the main door open once while we were out, even though we remember locking it before leaving. The toilet light didn't work, and the manager did nothing after we complained. The kitchen wasn't clean either, with stained utensils that hadn't been washed. In the rooms there was dust and pet hair everywhere, and the sheets were dirty. This was the worst experience ever. It's listed on Airbnb, but I wouldn't recommend it, especially for families with children.
