It's a good spot, with amenities five to ten minutes away on foot. Better to walk than get stuck driving in the busy town. The room was very clean and had everything needed for a short stay, and the service was friendly.

The owner was very welcoming, and there was plenty of parking. The room had everything we needed, an ensuite, and fresh milk each day. It was clean, with a comfortable bed, though the headboard was noisy. Being on the ground floor by the front door made the room a bit noisy too. Shame there wasn't a breakfast option.

We didn't make it in for breakfast, though it smelled good. The owners were friendly, but the man does complain loudly while doing the housekeeping. It was quite funny hearing his comments about our neighbours! The rooms are beautiful and always clean and tidy. It's away from the main part of town but only a five-minute walk, and the headlands are about 15-20 minutes away on foot.

We can't comment on breakfast, as they were still keeping people safe by limiting spaces. Claire and Tim were very helpful hosts and pointed us towards Newquay's attractions. It's a beautiful guest house, clean and welcoming, and well placed for what we needed. A hidden little gem. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast was excellent, especially if you have a hearty appetite. The owners were very nice and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Our room was clean, with pleasant modern decor. It's right in the centre of Newquay, with parking available and beaches a short walk away. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting.
