The Crown felt like a home away from home, which is unusual for me when I’m travelling for work and staying in different places. I had a comfortable, quiet room, and the village is beautiful too. I enjoyed my two nights and hope to stay again. Thanks for having me.

The pizzas were top quality, and the staff were really friendly. I only stayed one night for work and wished I could have stayed longer. The bed was so comfortable that I slept great. Had to leave at 6am, so I missed breakfast, which looked great too. 👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks to George and everyone working on Sunday for making my birthday so lovely 🙂 The Sunday lunch at The Crown was delicious, great value and tasted fabulous. Service was as good as ever. I can heartily recommend eating there.

Great food, and the location is right in the town centre. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and my room was lovely, clean and spacious. Couldn’t have asked for more. I’d definitely stay again.

The landlady is super nice, and there’s a great choice of drinks. I haven’t eaten here in a while, but the food has always been very good. 🍻
