The steep, very narrow surrounding streets are something to bear in mind. Driving down them may not suit everyone, and the area could be difficult for anyone unfit or elderly and frail. The house itself has four decent-sized bedrooms, two with en-suites, plus a family bathroom and a downstairs toilet. There's a large kitchen diner, two lounge rooms, off-road parking and a big patio. A very nice holiday home.
We had a great stay in this Newlyn cottage and would definitely recommend it. It's close to the harbour and the main promenade.
A nice little cottage in the pleasant village of Newlyn, with a walk into Penzance town. It could do with a bit of updating.
