I started staying here for work in March this year, and now come back every month or two for a night or weekend away. On my latest visit I was there Tuesday evening through Saturday. The staff are VERY friendly and quick to help. My WiFi signal was poor, which wasn't something they could control, but they offered to move me; the new room had 5G data signal. They also provide an ultimate WiFi code that should cost the customer £5. If anything comes up, the staff are on it straight away. 100% recommended if you're looking at the hotel.

The bathroom could use a bit of updating. The silicone looks like a handyman did it, and when we showered, water also ran from the bath tap, which seems wasteful. The room itself was clean, quiet, warm enough and comfortable. It's a great, peaceful location, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

We were visiting a friend in Quintrell Downs and fancied a Full English, so we turned up without booking. The chap who greeted us was really helpful and found us a table within the hour. Both staff were friendly and efficient, and we had a nice spot. Coffee and breakfast were self-serve, as much as you can eat. At £11.99 each it felt worth every penny, great value. It's a Premier Inn, so you know what to expect, and I'd be very happy to go back.

Kate on reception was amazing, helpful and always around during our six-day stay. Dean in the restaurant was a breath of fresh air, filling the room with his infectious laugh and great personality. I can't say the same for everyone: one daytime housekeeper was rude and moaned, and the restaurant evening supervisor needs retraining in customer service and basic manners. Even when busy, acknowledging customers isn't hard. The stay was good overall.

A very special place, and we'll be back. Sarah and her team gave excellent service during our recent extended stay at the Quintrell Downs, going above and beyond. It was a great example of Cornwall customer service. Special thanks to Katie, who looked after us so well and helped in lots of ways.
