We felt at home as soon as we arrived at Brockley Hall Hotel. On our second visit, we stayed in the Saltburn Room, which was beautifully finished and didn't disappoint. We've now tried three different rooms, all welcoming and decorated to a high standard. The staff made a real difference. Everyone, from the kitchen and restaurant to the bar, was happy to help. Andy deserves a special mention for always turning up with a smile just when we needed him, and for his outstanding service. It's a gem in a lovely location. We had a relaxing stay and felt very well looked after. We'll definitely return, and would recommend Brockley Hall Hotel to anyone looking for a warm, friendly, memorable stay.

The boys, aged 8 and 6, especially enjoyed the chicken and fries, then sandwiches, jelly and cake. We took our grandchildren for afternoon tea yesterday, Saturday 21st February, and all had a wonderful time. Our traditional afternoon tea was absolutely delicious, and we came home with plenty of treats for later. The staff were very friendly. We'd recommend it.

The female singer belted out all our favourite 80’s tracks, and the food was amazing. We couldn't even finish dessert, which says a lot for me! Brockley Hall's 80’s Christmas disco was a fantastic evening, with just the right amount of space and no overcrowding. We really enjoyed the whole night and will definitely book again for next Christmas. If there are still spaces this year, you won't be disappointed.

The Halloween decorations were lovely, and the breakfast and evening meal were delicious. We booked last minute and got a spotless attic room with a really comfy king size bed. All the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou Tuesday was so helpful. The location is great for public transport.

The quirky decor was the icing on the cake for us. There was a huge bear to greet us, giraffes in the dining area and flamingoes on the walls. Whoever dreamed up that crazy but brilliant scheme is an artistic genius, though I can see it won't suit everyone. This was our favourite of the ten places we stayed during a three week tour of the north, and our last stop. The food was great, especially as we arrived on curry night. They handled my coeliac requirements well, and breakfast was fab.
