We stayed in rooms 5 and 8 in the first week of September 2025, and would visit again. The food was first class, and the waitresses were lovely. Our rooms were clean, with perfect hot water and showers. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, nothing felt like too much trouble. The peaceful gardens were a lovely spot to sit with a drink or a cup of tea. Thank you all xx

It's clean, tidy, and good value. The heater isn't very powerful, so it can feel a little cold at night, but for this price I wasn't expecting more. In general it's cozy and good.

A quiet, tidy little hotel, with clean and spacious rooms. It has what you need for a good night's sleep. Recommended.

I had to shorten my stay from seven days to one night. The flooring in the property was so bad that I couldn't keep my balance; by the end, my balance was severely affected and I felt drunk, though I hadn't had alcohol. If you have severe mobility issues like I do, or worse, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

It's a no-frills place in a great spot, close to town and the beach. The rooms are large and clean, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. There wasn't a huge food choice, but what was available was good enough. Of the hotels I've stayed at on Isle of Wight coach holidays, this is the best. I'd recommend it.
