We had a very pleasant meal, and the food was very good. We went to The Florentine on Sunday 15th February to celebrate my wife’s birthday with her daughters, their partners, and three of our grandchildren. Paula looked after us brilliantly. She was friendly and efficient, attentive without hovering, and happy to help with anything. She took group photos for us and was wonderful with the children. If we came back, Paula would be a big reason. We didn’t stay at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the rooms.

The Florentine made it easy to meet up, and the meal was great. There was plenty of choice, the food was nicely prepared, and everyone could pay separately without the hassle of splitting a complicated bill. The team were really accommodating and helped make our small group meeting and meal a useful, fun evening. A pleasant place to meet with decent food. Thanks for the help.

It’s so cozy here, it feels like home. The staff are friendly, and they remember you from a past visit and welcome you back like an old friend. I just love the relaxed atmosphere. Don’t miss the steak baguette, it’s amazing!! 👌👌👌 Chefs Kiss!

Paula and Fin were great, and made the room feel welcoming. They were both really helpful. I held a private dining meeting here for 10 people, with AV to show presentations, and the room was large enough to fit us comfortably. Everyone had good things to say about the food.

We had a family meal, and the dishes were excellent all round. Paula deserves a special thank you for handling our pre-order and making everything run smoothly. The staff greeted and served us brilliantly, and it’s a great space with loads of parking. Can’t wait to return.
