We booked at the last minute for ska Vegas and found a nice, clean hotel in a good location. Room 7 was on the top floor, a good size and especially clean, with a small shower room. There was a kettle for tea and coffee, plugs and a light beside the bed, and a wall heater. Check-in was from 2pm and checkout at 10am; they gave us the keys and details. Welcoming and friendly, highly recommend.

For a last-minute night in Skegness, it was worth the money. We were greeted in a friendly way and got the keys early, with check-in at 2pm. The room was a good size and clean, and although the bathroom was small, the shower was okay. Thanks.

The family room was nice, and the host was great. It’s a prime location, though a bit pricey, especially as we booked last minute. I’d stay again.

Breakfast was so good, made with quality ingredients and served nice and hot. We also had no trouble parking, and it was only a short walk into town. The owners made the whole stay feel perfect, and we felt really welcome. The bedroom was spotless, as was the rest of the Hotel. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return this year.

The staff are friendly, helpful and great, and the location is really good. The only downside for me was having to share a bathroom. It would be nice if every room had its own, but overall it was a very pleasant place to stay.
