The beds were so comfortable, and the rooms were lovely. The whole family made us feel cared for and very welcome at this quaint little B&B. We'd definitely stay again, it was hard to fault.

The rooms were good, though in the depths of winter I sometimes found them cold.

They didn't empty the room's rubbish bin, cancelled my booking with only two days' notice, and wouldn't give me an invoice.

Handy for the NEC, with friendly owners and a really good breakfast. A nice B&B.

Poor service and staff who came across as arrogant and weren't very helpful. This was the worst experience we've had. Don't stay here.
