The food was delicious and very generous, and several guests commented on how good it was. Nothing felt rushed and every detail was handled with care. We can't thank the team enough for helping us host my dad's wake here. They were thoughtful, accommodating and supportive throughout, which made a difficult day easier. We really appreciated their flexibility in helping us organise the function exactly as we wanted. I'd happily recommend this pub and its function room for a special occasion.

Ethan made our first visit a lovely evening. He was patient, understanding and attentive, answered all our questions and kept checking that everything was right. I don't think the service could have been better. The food came quickly and hot, with no long gaps between courses, and the menu had a good selection for a group. I'd recommend the place, especially because of Ethan's service. He's such an asset, and I hope he's appreciated. Thanks for a lovely night.

Bing looked after us so well, with friendly and efficient service that made our family lunch feel welcoming. The kids plates were licked clean, and the Yuzu chicken salad was a particularly delicious, refreshing highlight. Four quality meals for around £40 is incredible value these days. We had a really lovely lunch and will definitely be back. Five stars for Bing.

I've only visited once, for a craft fair. The function room was a nice size and the bar and lounge looked great. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was quite pricey, though it did have some good choices for vegetarians too.
