The room we had for getting ready was lovely, with a great layout, and there was plenty of space for us and all the guests to get ready. We had our wedding party here in October and had the best time. The food was lovely, and being able to celebrate with our fur baby because dogs are allowed made the night even more special. A massive thank you to all the staff. They were so helpful and supportive and made the evening such fun. I honestly can’t thank everyone enough for making our wedding party so special 🥰

The pool and jacuzzi were a lovely way to relax before our party that evening. Breakfast the next morning had plenty of choice, both continental and full English, and tea or coffee brought to our table was a nice touch. My friend and I stayed overnight at Nailcote Hall Hotel for our Christmas party. Check-in was quick and easy, and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious and nicely presented, with a good-sized modern bathroom. There was a nice selection for tea and coffee and two cans of water. We also had two hairdryers, an iron and a trouser press. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were good, and we both slept well. We got a Black Friday deal at just under £45 each, which felt like great value. I don’t think we’d have stayed at the usual full price. At the discounted price, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was lovely, with a full English and, for a change, smoked haddock and kippers for a non-meat eater. We stayed for dinner too, and the fish pie was lovely while my partner had steak. Prices were very reasonable and the food was good quality. The room was well appointed, with a clean bathroom and immaculate, very comfortable beds. The kettle lead was too short, as they often are in hotel rooms, and I always worry about steam reaching the TV. Maybe I’m overthinking it. The hotel has an impressive drive up to it, though having entry and exit at traffic lights in what’s essentially a single lane felt a bit disconcerting. We managed, but I wondered if there might be a way out through the golf course entrance. The spa area, Ricks Bar, was being prepared for a Hallowe’en party, but it didn’t affect the pool, and we were out before the party started. All in all, a fantastic hotel and great value. We’ll recommend it and hope to return. I have to mention the resident calico cat. She’s beautiful, friendly and very discreet. Technically she can get around the hotel, but some very heavy doors are kept shut so she can’t bother guests who aren’t feline friendly. She’s basically the office cat and sometimes wanders into reception. We only saw her once.

Nailcote Hall in Warwickshire works beautifully for weddings of different sizes, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations. It can shift from a romantic daytime setting to a lively evening party, and the interiors and gardens offer lots of different photo opportunities to capture each couple’s personality and the joy of the day. As a wedding photographer, I find the venue inspiring for both photography and videography. The light-filled ceremony rooms and sweeping lawns make it easy to get natural shots, from couple portraits to big family photos. The gardens are a lovely setting for outdoor vows, confetti and candid moments. With its manicured grounds and surrounding countryside, Nailcote Hall has an old-world feel but still comes across as relaxed and welcoming. The staff are attentive, friendly and committed to keeping each wedding running smoothly. That professionalism lets couples and photographers relax, knowing the details are in capable hands. Guests also rave about the food. Presentation is beautiful, ingredients are top quality, and menus are tailored to each couple. Whether it’s a formal wedding breakfast or a more relaxed evening meal, it suits the venue and gives plenty of chances to photograph people enjoying the celebration. From the moment you arrive, the architecture and tranquil grounds make an impression. For couples looking for a Warwickshire venue with sophistication, charm and a relaxed feel, Nailcote Hall is a wonderful choice. Dawn & Carl x

The food was 10/10, the rooms were super comfy, and the meeting space worked really well for our all-day meeting. We were here for a corporate away day from the 12th to the 13th of November, and it was fantastic. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The events team helped with every query, and the price was fantastic for everything included. We’ll consider staying here again for our next away day. Highly recommend.
