My mother and I were in town for a funeral and stayed one night. We were treated like people and looked after so well, from Jo helping us at check-in and check-out to the lovely clean, tidy room and an amazing breakfast. The beds were comfortable enough for my mum to get a proper night's sleep. Jo was engaging and helpful, a real credit to the brand, and the manager should be proud of Jo and the rest of the team. I stay in hotels at least once a week, and this was a really positive experience. The price was fair, and we’ll make this our preferred hotel for future visits in Cornwall. Thank you all!

Our three nights here were a lovely experience, and I’d definitely stay again. The room was spacious, lovely and very clean, and the staff took good care of us. Breakfast came out hot, with nothing left to go cold and congealed. The place is picturesque, and although it’s beside the A30, we couldn’t hear the road. I’d thoroughly recommend it. It beats Leeds holiday inn and other budget hotels hands down.

The friendly team made our stay especially nice, particularly Gary, who took extra care to make us feel welcome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable after a long day, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The location was also handy for getting to important places in the area. I was very happy with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Bodmin, and would highly recommend Holiday Inn Bodmin. I’ll be back!

The beds were so comfy, the breakfast was delicious, and the view was lovely when I woke up. I also liked having a service station next door, since it meant we could pop into the shops pretty much whenever we wanted. Jo, I think that was her name, was so nice to me and my family when we visited in August.

The team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Joe at breakfast was cheerful, friendly and especially attentive, while Natasha at reception made checkout smooth and stress-free. Thanks as well to the night staff, including Garry, for being helpful and reassuring late in the evening. The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location, but it was the warmth and hospitality of the staff that made our stay memorable. We’d highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again.
