Seawold Guest House

Anna, the Manager, was easy to approach and kindly made us a full English breakfast each morning. We felt very welcome at this affordable hotel, which had a holiday-home feel, and really liked being so close to the beach. When the rain came, we could pass the time in a shared area with books and board games.

This was our second visit to Seawold Guest House, and we enjoyed it just as much as our first, last August. Anna and her staff are lovely, and thanks to Anna for helping us when our flight was changed. The room was spotless, and I liked the plentiful continental breakfast. The location is perfect, with a lovely walk into St Brelade that we did every day. We’ll definitely book Seawold again on our next trip to Jersey.

We spent 6 wonderful days at the Seawold and got back from Jersey only a few hours ago, so I wanted to write this while it was fresh. The guesthouse was clean, and the friendly staff were excellent and very helpful. It’s perfectly placed for the main bus routes, making it easy to get around the island. I knew as soon as I arrived that I’d chosen well. I’ve booked my flights for May already and am just waiting to hear if they have availability. I’d highly recommend trying the Seawold, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks to all the staff and owner Anna for making the holiday, and see you soon. I stayed in room 22.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seawold and would definitely come back. Anna, the owner, was friendly and helpful, and gave us great advice when we asked. Breakfast was good, and there’s parking at the property. Nearby bus stops on both sides of the road make it easy to get to St. Helier, the Airport, and beyond, and St. Aubin is close too. Across the road, there’s a fantastic beach and a promenade for a seaside walk.
