Breakfast had a good range, and the room itself was spacious and clean, with a balcony and nice Thames views. There was enough choice of drinks for our one-night stay. Dinner was much more limited, mostly Indian food with little else to choose from. The hotel lounge had TNT Sports on TV. Parking wasn't free. We walked about 80 yards to a car park the hotel uses, which cost £10 for the night. Only one lift seemed to be working. A key-card drop box would help people leaving avoid waiting behind guests asking for free room upgrades 🙄.

The staff were lovely, and the restaurant attached to the hotel served delicious Indian food. The room looked nice and was clean, but the wardrobe space was so limited that I couldn't hang most of my clothes. The TV links said we could sign into Netflix, but that didn't work, and the lift was broken. The air conditioning kept switching itself off. For a Crowne Plaza, the standards felt low.

The staff were attentive and informative throughout, and the breakfast add-on was definitely worth it, with delicious food and lots of options. My partner and I had a fabulous stay at the crown plaza hotel in Kingston. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a lovely view over the Thames. We'd definitely come back, and highly recommend it.

The fried eggs at breakfast were yummy, though the rest of the choice was basic and limited. Staff were approachable. The room was clean and comfortable, but small. It's convenient if you need somewhere to stay or a bit of respite, though nothing fancy. I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

We had very little time to find somewhere for our wedding, and after visiting a few venues that didn't suit us, a friend pointed us to Crowne Plaza in Kingston. Abhishek helped us arrange the wedding there and went above and beyond to make sure things ran smoothly. Everyone on staff was amazing through the planning and on the day itself. We had a great time, and so did all our guests. A big thank you to Abhishek and the Crowne Plaza staff. I'd highly recommend the place for future events or a regular hotel stay.
