Leonardo Hotel Swindon

I’ve stayed here several times and would definitely recommend it. The staff are polite, helpful and efficient, the rooms are clean and spacious, and breakfast offers a good choice of hot cooked and continental food. It’s centrally located, with parking options very close by. The McArthur Glenn Swindon Designer Outlet is a few minutes away by car, and the station and town centre are a short walk. My only complaint was the breakfast end time. Everything else was very good.

A big congratulations to all the staff I recently met. I was there working as a guide with my Spanish group, and the service was really good. Reception and the restaurant were both amazing. Dionne was lovely and very helpful with all the customers’ requests. I can’t remember everyone’s names, so this is a general thank you to the whole team. All the best!

We’re returning customers, and this time I arranged a Valentine’s surprise for my wife. A day before Valentine’s, I brought in decorations, flowers and a bottle of wine. Tia at the desk set up the whole room so it was ready for my wife to see when she walked in. It looked incredible, and I was so happy with how it turned out. Thank you, Tia, for all that effort! The other staff are lovely and polite too, and breakfast in the morning was beautiful. We’ll definitely return. Five stars all day long.

We had dinner at the restaurant during our one night stay. The meal was good value: steak frite, rib eye, a couple of starters and two beers. At £5.80 a pint, the bar seemed reasonably priced. We’re visiting the scenic little Cotswold villages today, just a short drive away. There were three of us sharing a clean room on the sixth floor. It had tea and coffee, an ironing board and iron, and bathroom products. The view wasn’t special, but there was plenty of natural light. Check-in was smooth, and we paid £6 for the car park at reception on arrival. Friendly service and clean, comfortable accommodation, just what we wanted.
