Premier Inn Manchester Old Trafford

The river city view and the view of Old Trafford made for a stunning location. I’ve stayed at a few Premier Inns, and this was by far one of the best. The room was clean, tidy and really well prepared, and the rest of the building was too. The woman at the desk was lovely when I arrived, and her collection of pens in her purple hair made me laugh. The bar and restaurant staff were equally accommodating and good. The food wasn’t bad either, and the bar surprised me with a very good pint of Guinness. That’s my honest opinion, for a Premier Inn.

Check-in was really easy on the self-service machines. The hotel’s right by Wharfside Metrolink tram stop, with trams into the city centre, and across the road from the stadium. My room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant was clean and roomy too. The bar offers various drinks and light refreshments. A good hotel.

We went to Manchester to see Tucker Wetmore at the O2 Victoria Warehouse, and staying here made the trip easy. The location was ideal for getting to the venue, and the check-in process was straightforward. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, and the staff were friendly. It’s a reliable, comfortable choice for a gig or event at the O2 Victoria Warehouse. I’d definitely stay again.

The staff are honestly wonderful, really lovely and attentive, and this has been my favourite Premier Inn so far. It’s convenient and provides what you need. I haven’t tried the food, but it looks amazing. The bedding and towels smelled like vinegar and gave me a rash. The shower was nice, though the previous resident had emptied their nasal passage on the wall and the housekeeper hadn’t cleaned it off. Very nice, otherwise.
