Nigel was fantastic and made me feel very welcome. The fridge had a few beers and snacks in it, a lovely little touch. I was lucky enough to get upgraded to the beautiful penthouse. The accommodation was spotless and spacious. Thanks so much, Nigel. If I'm in the area again, I'll be back.

The hosts made me feel at home straight away, and the location was just right for exploring the area. My room was clean and comfortable, with an incredibly cosy bed. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and offered plenty of choice. I absolutely loved the stay and would highly recommend it.

Nigel came through for us at the last minute when we were in a sticky situation, and was a friendly, wonderful host. We stayed two nights at the Orchard Manor. Our beautiful room had a balcony with an incredible view, and we both enjoyed Nigel's hearty cooked breakfast. It was worth every penny. The village has a local shop and a pub. Thanks for a great stay, Nigel.

Nigel couldn't have been a friendlier or more accommodating host. After a disastrous night camping in the Lizard, two friends and I urgently needed somewhere to stay, and luckily found the Orchard Manor B&B. Nigel fitted us in at short notice. The room was very comfortable, had a great view, and came with a hearty breakfast. Probus is a little remote, but there are useful places nearby: a surprisingly well-appointed garage opposite, a friendly and very decent pub 200m up the road, and a great curry house. There's also a picturesque 8km national trail walk to the Heron Inn, another excellent pub overlooking the river. Thanks again.
