The room was big enough, the bed comfortable enough, and the facilities acceptable for the price. Staff were helpful. But the room was incredibly hot, and basic cleanliness was so poor that I'd have been better off paying more to stay elsewhere. The bathroom was filthy, the pillowcases were stained, and there were ants in the room, even though it was on an upper floor. I don't expect that at any price, and I won't be back. My expectations were already low for a budget stay under £50 alongside the M40, but the hotel still didn't meet them.

I stayed one night and found the location convenient, with well-kept grounds. Staff were friendly and courteous, and reception responded quickly when I asked for extra tea and coffee. It arrived within five minutes. The room was spotlessly clean and much more comfortable than I'd expected. Fresh linen, soft plump pillows and a really comfy bed meant I slept well. I'd highly recommend the hotel. The price is very good for this level of service, and I had a good night's sleep.

The receptionist was very apologetic and did all he could to help. The location gives you lots of breakfast choices, and the stay did the job. We got a few hours of sleep, though it was a tiring start. We arrived around 0100 and waited quite a while for the receptionist. We called out several times and went looking for him. We were told there'd be no electricity from 0600-0800. The first room seemed to belong to someone else or hadn't been cleaned and prepared. The replacement room key didn't work, so reception had to come and open it with another key. In the morning, a man in a hi vis coat walked past our window a few times. Also, I think the £5 parking charge is ridiculous. How else would you use this hotel? For service station accommodation, it was perfectly good and seemed recently decorated. The bed was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay and were impressed by the hospitality and service. Ms. Archana at reception was especially helpful, giving us all the information we needed with real warmth and kindness. Her thoughtful gestures made the visit even more pleasant. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout. We're very happy with the experience and would gladly recommend the place.

Room 124 was warm when we arrived, just right for a cold November evening, and we could adjust the heater. It was large and exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed, two chairs, a kettle, tea and coffee, plus a dressing table with a hairdryer and a very good mirror and light. Roots aromatherapy toiletries were provided. It was surprisingly quiet, and there was plenty of parking. The nearest spaces are opposite the electric charging stations. For the price, the room was excellent value and much better than I expected. There's no lift. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. If you book directly with Days Inn, you don't have to pay for parking. We'd stay again when visiting the area. We had a great visit to Warwick and the British Motor Museum.
