The little details made this two-night stay feel so special: there was port in the room, plenty of tea and coffee, and even covers for the sugar bowls. Daron & Shaun made us feel completely welcome, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The room at The Cromer was exquisite, with a lovely en suite shower, and we enjoyed sitting by the window, watching life go by over The Village Inn garden. The village green and The Tea Room give the B&B such an idyllic feel, and the beach is an easy walk away. Breakfast was lovely, and the homemade cakes at The Tea Room are amazing. We’ve stayed in plenty of places, but this is the one we’re sure to come back to.

We stopped in for lunch while out walking the dog. The Brie and spinach ciabatta was lovely, and they made a fuss of the dogs with treats and a bowl of water. There’s seating inside and outside. It’s a charming tea room, though we didn’t stay in the B&B. We’ll come again!

The breakfast was such a treat, and the service was as friendly and efficient as usual. My sister and I both really enjoyed it, and our two dogs were made very welcome too. We all loved meeting Reggie. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area.

Watching the world pass by from the sofa in our Cromer room was a real highlight, along with what might be the best coffee and walnut cake I’ve had in my longish life. Our hosts gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. The pub and Thai restaurant are close by, and there’s even a table tennis table at the pub. We enjoyed the seaside walk into Sheringham, then found plenty of buses and trains for getting back. Breakfast was superb, and there was a secure spot for our two bikes. We’d definitely stay again.

After our walk along the beach, we stopped at the Corner House tea rooms. We were greeted so warmly. I had a lovely cream tea while my husband went for the savoury tea. The lunch menu looked great too, so we’ll definitely return 😋
