The strongest drawback for us was the heavy smell of cigarettes throughout the property, even though it's listed as smoke-free. Otherwise, it was a great stay. Keith and Carol were extremely friendly hosts and gave us several useful tips for the area. The breakfast was fantastic and very generous. Our room was small, as advertised, but tidy and had the basics we needed. The location worked really well for Weymouth, with the town centre under a 15 minute walk and a guaranteed parking spot outside. It was also a good central base for visiting the Jurassic Coast. Thanks for a great stay, apart from the smell.

Breakfast was included, with a good selection, and our small room was designed perfectly for two adults. The hosts were so friendly, accommodating and happy to help. It's a lovely little place in a perfect location, just a five minute walk from the seafront. We'll definitely return next time we're in Weymouth.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was quiet. Breakfast was lovely. Parking in town is very expensive, so walking in is better. I'd definitely stay again.

The car park is on site, and it's a pleasant walk to the beach and all the amenities. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and Keith was a wonderful host who couldn't do enough for us. Our small double, just as described, was cosy and comfortable with everything we needed for two nights. The bed was very comfy, and it was so quiet. A lovely traditional seaside B and B. We'd definitely stay again.
