Host Stay Harbour Mist Cottage

My son and his family stayed in this lovely cottage over the May/June 2021 half term. It's clean, well furnished, has a full inventory and great views in a very good location. When a problem arose because of their dog, my son spoke to the owners, who were understanding and couldn't have been more helpful. We'd gladly recommend the cottage and plan to return. Definitely five stars.

The upstairs ceilings are pretty low, and those rooms got very hot. There weren't any fans, which was the only issue we noticed. Everything else made for a lovely, quiet and cosy getaway, quite close to the seafront. We really enjoyed it and would book again and recommend it to friends and family. There's lots to make a stay comfortable: towels, a washing machine, dishwasher, large oven and hob, microwave, and plenty of utensils, crockery and useful little bits. The dining area and two sitting rooms gave us room to spread out. It was very clean, nicely furnished, had lots of entertainment and a great Wi-Fi connection. A parking space is included, and the hosts were great. The house is a five-minute walk from the centre and about ten minutes from the Abbey. There are also quick links to the longer Cinder Track walk, which we used to get to Larpool Viaduct.
