Avoid booking this apartment. We reserved it through Hotels.com, then contacted the owner a week before arrival just to ask about check-in. That was when we were told the booking had been cancelled. By then it was too late to find somewhere else, so our trip is now cancelled too. We’re discussing the practice.

It’s a really convenient spot, close to shops, restaurants and pubs. The apartment has everything you need, plus a big screen TV and floor-to-ceiling blinds.

We came to stay while visiting home and had a lovely time. The place was clean, well looked after and very convenient. We’ll definitely book again.

These are no longer available as holiday rentals. The company that operated them has stopped trading, and the apartments are now being renovated and properly looked after. They’re only available for long-term rental now.

The apartment was well equipped, though the website showed different pictures from the place we actually stayed in. Apart from that, 10/10.
